Data collected through the newsletter form

Email address, first name (optional), language, signup page, date and text of consent.

Technical data

The IP address is used only to limit abusive form submissions. Only an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of it is stored, and it is automatically deleted within 24 hours at the latest.

Purpose

To send the newsletter and reader gifts. Nothing else; no resale and no profiling.

Legal basis

Your consent (checkbox). You may withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by writing to the address above.

Recipients and processors

Airtable (subscriber list storage), Lovable / Supabase (operation and hosting of the website and form), Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France — newsletter delivery). Some are located in the United States: transfers covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.

Retention period

Until you unsubscribe, followed by deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to contact@camilleaurel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

No advertising or audience-measurement cookies. The site only uses items strictly necessary for it to work, which are exempt from consent (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI): no cookie banner while this remains true.

Technical cookie “__dpl”, set by the host (Lovable) to serve the correct version of the site. It is not used for any tracking.

Browser session storage, to remember your scroll position during your visit; it is cleared when you close the tab.
